Junior E-commerce Manager

At Ninesquared, we are building one of the fastest-growing sports brands in Europe, working with 500+ clubs and expanding rapidly in the US. Our ambition is clear: to become the number one volleyball brand in the world.

We are now looking for a Junior E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our digital sales channels and help us scale them aggressively in the coming years.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and growing:

  • Our direct-to-consumer e-commerce (Shopify)
  • E-commerce stores for partner clubs
  • Marketplaces such as Amazon and Decathlon

Your goal is simple: help us more than double revenue in these channels year after year.

You will have clear targets and be directly responsible for the performance of these channels. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.

What you will do:

  • Manage and update our Shopify store (products, collections, content)
  • Set up and manage club online stores (B2B2C)
  • Handle and optimize marketplaces (Amazon, Decathlon, etc.)
  • Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations
  • Execute promotions, launches, and campaigns with precision

What success looks like:

  • Growing revenue across all e-commerce channels
  • Improving conversion rate and average order value
  • Successfully launching and scaling multiple club stores
  • Increasing efficiency and structure in our e-commerce operations

Who you are:

  • Ambitious and eager to learn
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
  • Problem-solver with a strong execution mindset
  • Able to take ownership and move things forward independently

Nice to have:

  • Basic experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Interest in sports, preferably volleyball
  • Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, etc.)

This role is not for you if:

  • You prefer structured environments with clearly defined processes
  • You feel more comfortable with strategy than execution
  • You are not used to being measured on concrete results and performance
  • You need constant direction instead of taking initiative

Location:

Based at our HQ in Riva del Garda (Italy). 1–2 days per week remote possible.
