How can I make a return?

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can make your request via email within 60 days of receiving the product. To facilitate the identification of your return we ask you to download the appropriate form and insert it completed inside the package. The returned products must be sent to the following address:

The return request must necessarily take place within 14 days from the receiption of the purchased good, and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return the products in an intact state and with original labels not removed. All other labels of the article, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article. In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, ninesquared reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter’s expense. In accordance with the provisions of the art. 52 d.lgs. 6.9.2005, n. 206, the Customer has a period of 14 days to rescind the contract and to return the products in order to receive the refund amount. The right of withdrawal is a faculty reserved only for natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out. Consequently, retailers and companies can not access to the return and refund policy. The refund does not include transport costs, both those incurred for the original shipment of the goods and those for the subsequent return. In the event of a package being refused in the presence of customs, the cost of customs duties will be deducted from the refund. No refunds or replacements will be made on products personalized at the express request of the customer (e.g.: products personalized with names and/or numbers, with patches, with initials, with the exception of defective or damaged products); on match shirts following the change of the player’s shirt number or his transfer to another team.
