How to measure

Using a tape measure, take measurements of the circumferences in direct contact with your body.

CHEST Measure the circumference of the widest part of your chest
WAIST Measure the circumference of your waist at the height of your navel
HIPS Measure the circumference of the widest part of your hips
HEIGHT Measure your height from the top of your head to the floor, maintaining an upright posture
KNEEPADS Measure the circumference of your leg approximately 15cm below the center of the knee
ARMSLEEVES Measure the circumference of your biceps, wrist and length between them

This size guide indicates which size to choose based on your body measurements. Garments may measure smaller when laid flat, as elastic and stretch fabrics are designed to expand to the intended fit.
